Peaceful and relaxing place. It's a great place to take some down time. Wonderful having a in-suite Bathroom and shower in our Bedroom. Great views from rooms.

What a pleasant surprise it was to discover Grant's place, an old water mill undergoing some work. While not entirely finished, the room and house were authentic, charming and offered a wonderful view. Our hosts were very flexible and available and that was important because we often came back late after having had dinner 30mn away.

Stayed here with a group of friends as a stop over and what a beautiful place. Really quaint old mill that the owner has been beautifully renovated and converted with accommodation. Rooms super comfortable and cool with aircon in our family room. Great shower/bathroom. Lovely BBQ area overlooking the area which we used for dinner too. Whether passing through or looking for a place to stay for a canoeing/cycling holiday, would thoroughly recommend! Really hospitable owner/son too who made you feel right at home.

If you want a special overnight stay in a mill and love nature, you are in good hands here. Beautiful location like on a painting of Monet. Outside by the stream very idyllic.In the evening frog concert, birdsong and splashes from the stream. Very nice landlord, room autentisch and lovingly furnished. Breakfast was great. A stay that will be remembered.

Splendid views, wonderful people, warm weather (in march!) - Moulin2Roues is definitely one of the best B&B I've ever been to. The owners are helpful and friendly and prepared great breakfast which I could enjoy with the view of the river through the window. I definitely recommend this place to people who would like to move away from city bustle, go for a bike ride or simply experience something unusual!

My friend and I booked one night here, stayed for two nights, and would have stayed longer if we could! The moulin feels just like home - better than home actually. The double room is literally above the river, which you can hear while sleeping and see while showering. The surroundings are very calm and beautiful. And Tim, the owner, is very welcoming and has tons of creative ideas to make the place even better. Strongly recommended!

The enviroment was stunning. Opening the windows in the morning and looking out over the water. Breathtaking. The host was very passionate about the mill and it's restoration. The room was impeccable. It's a old building. It breathes charm. The breakfast was simple but plentiful. Nothing bad to say here.

We stumbled across this property at short notice during our tour of the Loire valley. Were only due to stay one night, but fell in love with the place immediately, so stayed three nights! The Mill is a charming building, sensitively refurbished by the owner. The setting is amazing with nothing but the sound of the river and the abundant wildlife to hear. Resident Kingfishers are a delight.

An unusual but fascinating building in a converted watermill which has been restored and is now in use. (when there is enough flow in the river!!). Very comfortable en suite room with an excellent breakfast and ready meals and ice creams to buy and eat in or on the terrace.

A beautiful place to stay, so tranquil and an amazing location to enjoy the extensive natural habitat. It was a perfect stop for our cycle of La Velo Francette. The owner was really friendly. He has lovingly restored an Old Mill and it was a joy to stay there. I can highly recommend a stay there

Somewhere everyone should visit once in their lives. This old water mill is a wonderful place for rural tourism and bike trips. Cheap accommodation and nicest hosts. I almost slept staring at the flow of the river.

It was such a nice place to stay !! A perfect spot to rest, chill and enjoy life. The house is great and promising ( they are still working on it), the view is amazing, the neighbourood is really quite and peacefull, and our hosts were so kind, we spoke a lot about everything, it was a pleasure to spend time with them. We warmly recommand this place and wish them luck with their bike business they are trying to build.

Grant made us extremely welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this highly unusual setting. The mill is a unique building. Our room was in a beautiful location with windows on two sides overlooking the river. Grant gave us a fascinating guided tour around the mill, which was a bonus. We would happily stay here again. Sublime situation, clean, comfortable room with unsurpassed views. Add to that the warn welcome; attention to detail and the excellent breakfast taken on the terrace and you have the perfect stay. We have no hesitation in awarding five stars. It is nice to have a host who is clearly invested in his quests and proud of the working mill that he shares with you. We regret that we didn't have more time to spend there. That we could only provide one bottle of wine to share with them as we sat on the terrace on a balmy evening putting the world to right and making true friends.
