A short trip into Saumur, along some tracks, quiet roads and through sub-urban residential areas.

Going to Saumur you follow the cycle route that is west of the Thouet.  The return option is to the east passing through some small villages, some of which have several wine-makers.

Note may be impassable due to seasonal flooding.
