Pioneer Of Change
Arnaud Lambert and his father Yves established their winery in St-Just in 1996. With 15 years of hand on experience and having studied viticulture at university, Arnauld was well-qualified to take over the running of the family business in 2011.
Today Arnaud is pioneering change in Saumur and Saumur-Champigny wine-making. The ambition is to re-establish the uniqueness of individual terroirs through organic viticulture – a reversal of the trend towards co-operatives where mass-produced and blended wines are the norm.
