Every person staying with us is required to provide details of their identity and a working means of communication in the event of a civil or legal obligation and for the purposes of this reservation.

It is much easier if you provide this information in advance of arrival, as it can be quite time consuming to complete before you are shown to your room, particularly if you arrive at the same time as other guests who may be part of a larger group.

For persons under 18, the form will still need to be completed.  However contact details (phone number and email) should be those of a parent or guardian.

If you have stayed with us within the last 12 months and you details haven’t changed, you can  let us know with your previous booking details so we can match up your existing ID records.
