A few minutes south of Moulin2Roues is the really delightful château of Montreuil-Bellay. You can see many of the rooms most of which are very elegantly decorated and being at the top of a hill the views of the surrounding area from here are spectacular.

Do check but tours can usually be provided in English and there is usually a wine tasting at the end to help conclude a great visit!
