we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Grant made us extremely welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this highly unusual setting. The mill is a unique building. Our room was in a beautiful location with windows on two sides overlooking the river. Grant gave us a fascinating guided tour around the mill, which was a bonus. We would happily stay here again. It’s a great place

Peaceful and relaxing place. It's a great place to take some down time. Wonderful having a in-suite Bathroom and shower in our Bedroom. Great views from rooms.

one of the best B&B I’ve ever been to

Splendid views, wonderful people, warm weather (in march!) - Moulin2Roues is definitely one of the best B&B I've ever been to. The owners are helpful and friendly and prepared great breakfast which I could enjoy with the view of the river through the window. I definitely recommend this place to people who would like to move away from city bustle, go for a bike ride or simply experience something unusual!

authentic, charming and offered a wonderful view

What a pleasant surprise it was to discover Grant's place, an old water mill undergoing some work. While not entirely finished, the room and house were authentic, charming and offered a wonderful view. Our hosts were very flexible and available and that was important because we often came back late after having had dinner 30mn away.

such a nice place to stay

It was such a nice place to stay !! A perfect spot to rest, chill and enjoy life. The house is great and promising ( they are still working on it), the view is amazing, the neighbourood is really quite and peacefull, and our hosts were so kind, we spoke a lot about everything, it was a pleasure to spend time with them. We warmly recommand this place and wish them luck with their bike business they are trying to build.

feels just like home – better than home actually

My friend and I booked one night here, stayed for two nights, and would have stayed longer if we could! The moulin feels just like home - better than home actually. The double room is literally above the river, which you can hear while sleeping and see while showering. The surroundings are very calm and beautiful. And Tim, the owner, is very welcoming and has tons of creative ideas to make the place even better. Strongly recommended!

The hostel bunkroom is very well done.

A beautiful structure right on the water. Gorgeous views from all windows! Having a car to get to and from is essential, as it is pretty rural. The hostel bunkroom is very well done. The sizeable, fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic amenity! Lovely hosts.

We offer bed and breakfast and hostel style accommodation in our Water Mill in the Saumur area of the Parc naturel régional Loire-Anjou-Touraine.

If you fancy an overnight stop or maybe a longer break in a building that's not run of the mill - then stay in our Mill!

We have double rooms, twin rooms, triple rooms, family suite (5) and a group suite (7). We have plenty of free off-road parking and for those on 2 wheels, we have secure space for bikes.

The Mill is very popular with cyclists as there are 2 cycle routes which pass the end of the drive and the Loire-à-Vélo route which passes through Saumur. With the Cadre Noir very close too we're also popular with other types of riders!
