ROBERT ET MARCEL – Crémant de Loire Brut Impetus


What are its characteristics?

Beautiful golden yellow color and great finesse bubbles.

The nose opens with notes of candied lemon, yellow peach, mint and custard and is enhanced by shades of toast and mocha.

Creamy effervescence. The voluminous mouth, has an enveloped structure. Persistent finish with notes of dried fruits.


Where does this wine come from?

Selection of the best Chardonnay (80%) and Chenin Blanc (20%) vintages, harvested early by hand.

The transport of the grapes and the pressing are carried out meticulously to guarantee an ideal taste balance and an irreproachable bubble finesse. The juices are selected and only the most honest and balanced enter the final assembly.


How was it designed?

Aged 4 years on latte in our natural tufa cellars, bringing volume and aromatic complexity (brioche notes and hazelnuts). Finally, a meticulous work of elaboration is carried out on the shipping liqueur offering a refined signature to this rare cuvée.
