Where does this wine come from?

From Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc.

The grapes of our “les Andides” vintage, carefully harvested by hand, come from a selection of tuffeau chalk and shale terroirs, located around the communes of Montreuil Bellay and Brossay, in southern Saumur.

How was it designed?

Manual picking, gentle pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature (18 ° C) allowing a good expression of aromas. Second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method after selection of the best juices. The 18 to 24 months minimum storage on slats in our tufa cellar before disgorging bring an incomparable bubble finesse.
